Over 1,100 knives recovered in Lancashire after knife crime operation
1,112 knives have been taken off the streets of Lancashire during a national week of action to tackle knife crime. Operation Sceptre resulted in 239 arrests
#noexcuseforabuse is a multi-agency Lancashire-wide campaign to raise awareness and understanding of domestic abuse, the help and support available to victims and perpetrators, and how and where people can report their concerns.
Below are resources for organisations to use internally to support members of staff who work with people who are affected by domestic abuse and social media posts to help create wider awareness of the support and services available.
Please join us in supporting this important initiative to offer support to those who are victims of domestic abuse and those who are concerned about their own behaviour.
There’s more information on the campaign in the press release and on the campaign website.
